SKU Clear is a product of Aunesty, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These terms govern your use of SKU Clear (the "service"), including the website and the app.
You need an account to use SKU Clear. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. If you manage products for brands you don't own, such as clients of a co-packing, brokerage, or consulting business, you confirm you're authorized to enter and manage that information.
SKU Clear is a planning and tracking tool. It checks the product information you enter against the channel rules you set, tracks documents and their expiration dates, and produces reports and spec sheets from your data. SKU Clear does not submit listings, apply to channels, or communicate with retailers, distributors, or marketplaces on your behalf. Channel rules provided as starting defaults are general and may not reflect a channel's current requirements; you're responsible for confirming each channel's rules directly. Readiness results, reports, and spec sheets are only as accurate as the information you enter, and they are not legal, regulatory, food safety, or labeling advice. You remain solely responsible for your products, labels, certifications, and compliance with the laws and channel terms that apply to them.
SKU Clear offers a free plan with limits and paid plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can change plans or cancel anytime from the billing portal in your Account tab; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your account moves to the free plan and your data is kept. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Plan limits and prices may change; changes to a paid plan's price apply from your next billing period after notice.
You retain all rights to the information you enter into SKU Clear, including products, pack details, pricing, ingredients, vendors, channels, documents, and brand profiles. We don't claim ownership of it. SKU Clear stores ingredient names and linked vendors only, never quantities, ratios, or formulations. For documents, SKU Clear stores the details and links you enter, not the files themselves. You grant us permission to store and process your content only as needed to operate the service for you.
Don't use SKU Clear to store or transmit anything illegal, to attempt to access other users' accounts or data, to interfere with the service's operation, or to scrape or resell the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Participation in the SKU Clear affiliate program is optional and governed by the affiliate terms, which apply in addition to these terms.
We aim to keep SKU Clear available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, change features, or occasionally experience downtime.
SKU Clear is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aunesty, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost sales, rejected or removed listings, lapsed certifications, recalls, lost data, or missed deadlines. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers by email. Continuing to use SKU Clear after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
