A buyer asking for a COI, COA, facility registration, certification, or product specification should trigger a two-minute retrieval task, not an afternoon of searching email and Drive.

Operational checkpoints
Facilities that are required to register with FDA must renew during the biennial renewal window from October 1 through December 31 of each even-numbered year. Confirm whether your facility is subject to the requirement and keep the current registration evidence in the vault.
Importers covered by the Foreign Supplier Verification Programs rule must evaluate hazards and supplier performance and perform appropriate verification activities. Responsibility and records should be explicit, not assumed.
Maintain a current subset you can send immediately: COI, product specs, current claim certifications, relevant COAs, facility information, W-9/vendor details, and any buyer-specific forms.
This operational resource is not legal or regulatory advice. Requirements vary by product, facility, claim, importer role, jurisdiction, and customer. Confirm applicability with the relevant regulator, certifier, customer, and qualified adviser.
From folder system to operating system
SKU Clear keeps document expirations, product specs, channel blockers, and buyer readiness attached to the catalog instead of scattered across drives.
