Faire bulk upload, without the retyping.
Faire's bulk uploader works from the spreadsheet you download inside your Faire account. It only accepts .xlsx files, rows that share a product name become options of one product, and many cells use dropdowns. This starter sheet gathers the product data you'll need in the columns food brands use most.
Faire item setup sheet versus Faire's bulk upload template
Download the official template from your Faire portal under Products, then Bulk Uploader. Its dropdowns and Data Options tab are specific to your account. This starter sheet is for collecting the data; Faire's file is the one you upload.
Options and case packs
Every row with the same product name becomes one product with options, like a 12-pack and a 24-pack. Wholesale and retail prices are per unit, with the case pack quantity alongside.
Images and clean data
Image links must be public, direct links to a single image. Keep notes, HTML, and emojis out of the sheet, since hidden or filtered rows are processed too.
