How SKU Clear works

Six steps, most of them one-time. After that, the dashboard tells you what changed and what to do next.

  1. Add your first productThe guided setup asks for a product, how it's stored, and its first pack size. Or import your whole catalog from Shopify or Square.
  2. Pick your channelsChoose from common channels with their starting rules already filled in, like Amazon's UPC requirement or Walmart's shelf-stable limit. Adjust any rule later.
  3. Read the dashboardSee how many listings are ready, a readiness score for each product, and what's holding the rest back, ranked by what unlocks the most.
  4. Fill the gapsUPCs, weights, dimensions, pricing, ingredients linked to vendors. Each fix updates the manifest instantly.
  5. Track documentsAdd certifications, insurance certificates, and licenses with expiration dates. SKU Clear warns you 60 days ahead.
  6. Send spec sheetsExport a one-page buyer spec sheet for any product and send it with confidence.

Why it works this way

Why SKU Clear, not another spreadsheet

A spreadsheet stores facts. It doesn't know that an ingredient belongs to a vendor, that a pack size belongs to a product, or that a product's type decides which channels will accept it. You have to know all of that and cross-reference it by hand, every time. SKU Clear stores those relationships directly, so the readiness check, the vendor lookup, the spec sheet, and the report all come from the same data instead of tabs quietly drifting out of sync.
