How it works

Whether a channel calls it a Faire item setup sheet, an Amazon flat file, or a distributor new-item form, the job is the same: the same product facts in a different layout. SKU Clear keeps those facts once and writes them into each layout.

Current Shopify headers, including the Barcodes column that replaced Barcode, with every product imported as a draft for review.
Fill my template
Upload the blank template from Faire, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Square, or RangeMe. SKU Clear finds the product columns, fills every ready product, and keeps the extra sheets and dropdowns intact.
Values from your template's own lists
Weight units, ID types, and option names are picked from the template's dropdowns, such as LB for one template and pounds for another.
Unit versus pack pricing
Consumer channels get pack prices; wholesale files keep unit prices with the case quantity.
Item setup sheets for everyone else
Grocery, co-ops, distributors, and custom channels get a standard wholesale item setup sheet.
Questions
Why not generate Amazon files directly?
Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Faire, and Square generate templates per seller account and category. Filling your own copy is the only way to guarantee the current version and every category-specific column.
What if my template has columns SKU Clear doesn't know?
Those stay blank for you to complete. SKU Clear fills the product, pack, barcode, price, weight, dimension, and description columns it recognizes, and tells you how many it matched.
