What belongs on a food product sell sheet?
A sell sheet helps a buyer understand what the product is, why it fits their assortment, what a unit and case cost, and how to order. A clear product description and accurate commercial details are more useful than unsupported claims or a crowded page.
Product and pack
State the consumer unit, storage conditions, and supported shelf life. A 12 oz bag is one consumer unit; a case containing 12 bags is a different quantity.
Ordering math
Case wholesale equals wholesale per unit multiplied by units per case. At $5 per bag and 12 bags per case, a case is $60. Keep freight, taxes, and other terms explicit.

Sell sheet questions
Is a sell sheet the same as a distributor item setup sheet?
No. A sell sheet introduces the product and commercial offer. Item setup usually needs more detailed identifiers, shipping measurements, ingredients, and documents. Use the wholesale item setup template for those records, and confirm the buyer's own required fields.
Can I download a PDF without creating an account?
Yes. Complete the required fields and choose Print / save PDF. Select your browser's Save as PDF option. The print layout contains your sell sheet, without the website navigation or signup content.
Will this calculate my profit?
This builder calculates case wholesale value. It does not calculate profit or include freight in that value. Use the wholesale and distributor margin calculator to model the cost of a proposed channel.
What happens to the details I type here?
