For growing product lines

Launching flavor twelve shouldn't mean updating eleven spreadsheets.

New flavors share bases, suppliers, and packaging. SKU Clear links them, so one change updates every product, one supplier delay shows every product it touches, and every new SKU is checked against every channel the moment you add it.

What gets in the way

The same base edited in eleven places

Change a supplier for a shared base and you are hunting through every product that uses it.

No idea what a supplier delay touches

A late ingredient affects some products on some channels, and working out which takes an afternoon.

New SKUs that slip through

The newest flavor goes live on one channel before anyone notices it never got a UPC or case dimensions.

How SKU Clear handles it

Shared base ingredients

Define a base once and attach it to every flavor. Update it in one place and every product using it stays current.

Supplier disruption alerts

Mark a supplier delayed, out of stock, or changing price, and the dashboard shows every product and channel it affects.

Duplicate and import

Start a new flavor from an existing one, or import the whole line from a Shopify or Square export.

A readiness score per product

Every product shows how many details are complete and what to fix next, ranked by what unlocks the most.

Questions

What counts as a product for plan limits?

Each distinct product, so each flavor counts once. Pack sizes within a product do not count separately.

Can I run more than one brand?

Yes. Growth and Pro include up to three brands, and Agency includes unlimited brands, with a filter across the whole app.

Do you store recipes?

No. Ingredients are names linked to vendors only. There is no field anywhere for quantities, ratios, or formulas.
