What goes on it

Brand, product, and pack; seller SKU and unit UPC; units per case; unit suggested retail, unit wholesale, and case wholesale; case weight and dimensions; storage type and shelf life; ingredients; current certifications; and your sales contact.

Unit versus case

Buyers compare unit prices, but they order and receive by the case. List both, and make sure case wholesale equals unit wholesale times units per case.

Keep it current

Certifications on the sheet should be current ones only. When a certificate renews or lapses, update the sheet before it goes to another buyer.
