Affiliate program
Commission eligibility, attribution, promotional standards, and payout rules.
Any SKU Clear account holder may apply. Applications are reviewed individually. Approval is not automatic, and SKU Clear may approve, deny, suspend, or close an affiliate account based on audience fit, promotional methods, compliance, or program risk.
The standard affiliate rate is 20% of eligible net subscription payments, although the approved rate shown in an affiliate's workspace controls if it differs. A referred monthly subscriber can generate commission on up to 12 successful monthly subscription payments. A referred annual subscriber generates commission on the first successful annual subscription payment only. Free accounts, complimentary access, refunded payments, chargebacks, taxes, credits, and amounts SKU Clear did not successfully collect do not generate commission.
Referral attribution lasts 60 days from the most recent valid click and is generally assigned to the most recent eligible SKU Clear affiliate link used before account creation. The referred customer must create the account through the tracked referral journey. SKU Clear may correct duplicate, fraudulent, technically invalid, or clearly misattributed referrals.
Each commission is held for 30 days after the corresponding successful payment. This period allows for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and fraud review. A commission may be reversed or marked void if the underlying payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible.
Eligible commissions are reviewed and paid manually using the payment information saved in the affiliate workspace. The workspace distinguishes commissions still in the hold period, eligible unpaid commissions, paid commissions, and reversed commissions. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for any taxes arising from affiliate earnings.
Approved affiliates may create individual links for campaigns and channels and may use marketing materials supplied in the SKU Clear affiliate workspace. Materials may be personalized for voice and audience, but claims about SKU Clear, pricing, features, savings, refunds, earnings, or results must remain accurate. SKU Clear trademarks and supplied creative may only be used to promote SKU Clear under these terms.
Affiliates must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever required by law or platform policy. The disclosure must be easy to notice and placed close to the recommendation or affiliate link. Affiliates may not imply that they are employees, owners, agents, or official representatives of SKU Clear.
Affiliates may not refer themselves, create or control accounts used to generate their own commissions, send unsolicited bulk messages, publish false or deceptive claims, use cookie stuffing, conceal the destination of links, impersonate SKU Clear, bid on SKU Clear brand terms in paid search, distribute malware, or promote SKU Clear through unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or misleading content.
Referred customers remain SKU Clear customers. Affiliates may not collect payment for SKU Clear subscriptions, promise refunds or account outcomes, provide unauthorized support commitments, or access another user's private SKU Clear information.
Either party may end the relationship at any time. SKU Clear may change commission rates, earning periods, program features, payout procedures, or these terms prospectively. Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable after applicable holds and reviews. Fraudulent or prohibited activity may result in forfeiture of related commissions.
